Package Policies

  • • Full package price due at booking; $500 refundable security deposit billed about a week before the experience
  • • Game tickets, festival admission, and park fees not included
  • • Delivery within 50 miles of League City, TX
  • • Contact us to arrange delivery beyond 50 miles

Cancellation Policy

  • • 21+ days before check-in: full refund
  • • 14–20 days before check-in: 50% refund on the rental
  • • 13 days or less before check-in: rental is nonrefundable
  • • Security deposit, delivery fee, add-ons, and cleaning fee are always refunded in full
